Making your stay enjoyable is our top goal and this is what we strive for heart. Enjoy this quiet apartment located just a few steps from the Duomo in the heart of Florence. The apartment comes with a living room with a sofa, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen. The place comes with A/C, TV and WiFi. Fresh towels and linen are provided for your stay. Due to the location and quality of the apartment, we advise guests to book early.
Other things to note:
The apartment is on the second floor without a lift, 4 flights, 51 steps. The best way to get there is on foot from the main station (about 8 minutes), or by taxi.
It is located in a pedestrian street, not accessible to cars, so if you arrive by taxi, you will not be left exactly in front of the door. Contact us in advance and we will help you.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
