Suite is part of a luxury complex, located in the highest village of Santorini, Pyrgos village.
The architect has taken care of all details and we are proud to present a totally private accommodation offering luxurious relaxation and breathtaking views to Akrotiri’s Caldera, Aspronisi island and ,seasonally, the magic Santorinian sunset. Suite has shared entrance and it is semi-detached, but still the sun terrace and the pool are totally private. It has parking, private heated plunge pool and sun terrace with sunloungers and outdoor dining area.
The house itself is a studio. It has fully equipped kitchenette (with no cooking facilities) and living room in one space with the bedroom. There is a high definition TV set. Satelite TV and Wi-Fi is available. In the bathroom there is a shower. Beddings and towels are provided.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
