Villa is situated in a spacious private area of 1000 sq. meters, offering a heated and eco-friendly swimming pool, a private parking and a big terrace equipped with external furniture. The internal is tastefully decorated and it consists of two floors. The lower level consists of an open space kitchen with a large living room, as well as a second independent hall area, the main bath-room and 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It features a large kitchen table, a refrigerator, electric appliances such as coffee machine, espresso machine, mixer, toaster, dishwashing machine, an oven and microwave.
In the upper floor guests will find the master-bedroom and another en-suite bedroom, each of them with its private spacious terrace and outdoor furniture. All the mattresses are anatomical.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
