This Villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined as one, a balcony in each bedroom, a large bathroom and a smaller one, an open plan kitchen and living room area with a sofa bed that turns into a double bed and spacious verandas all around offering beautiful views of the sea and the pool. Outside you will find a private swimming pool, a BBQ area with dining area and an underground garage. The villa also features a children’s play area and outdoor showers and can accommodate up to 4+2 people.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
