Beautiful villa with fantastic views of the mountains. Without a doubt, a place to get lost in the heart of Liébana, the jewel of Cantabria.
Located in a small town made up of 8 houses and surrounded by natural parks. It is a house with a beautiful mountain façade, typical of the area, well equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with fireplace, kitchenette, balcony and a porch with fantastic views where you can relax and unwind.
The setting is spectacular and very quiet. Families or mountain lovers usually come to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The house, typical of the area, has an outdoor area of approximately 50 m2, where you can enjoy eating outdoors. The views from any part of the town are wonderful, especially from the pool, just 20 meters from the house, it is fenced, and is shared with other houses, as is the large barbecue area.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
