This lovely marsh front home, located on the bayside of Eastham just 0.3 miles from First Encounter Beach, is the perfect vacation spot for a family of four. It will take you about six minutes to walk from the property to this quiet, super family friendly beach, where you will enjoy soft sand, warm water, and gentle surf, and during low tide the beach opens up and you can walk out onto the flats, seemingly forever, and explore the tidal pools, collect seashells, dig for crabs/clams, and build sandcastles - not to mention the breathtaking views of the sunsets! Don’t forget to bring some money with you for the ice cream truck that goes by the beach several times a day, for a nice cool treat on a hot day. Restrooms are also available at the beach, so there’s no reason why you can’t spend all day out there!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
