Flip Flop Life OV22’s main living area is decorated with warm tropical colors and has a comfortable living room with plenty of seating for entertainment. The gourmet kitchen is just off of the living room. The large dining table just between the living room and kitchen has seating for 8, with 3 more at the breakfast bar and an additional high top table for 4 additional people. During those breaks between the beach there are many board games to pick from, an Xbox for the kids and kids at heart, and even a foosball table downstairs. The Flip Flop Life primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath. The amazing colors and textures found in this room give it a luxurious feel. Just down the hall, there is a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
