The living room with comfortable sofas and a chair is a great gathering space to watch a movie, play a game, listen to music, or read a book. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with a table and seating for 4 and has convenient access to the screened porch. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a nearby full bathroom. The TV in the twin bedroom is an APP only TV, there is no cable box. This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Dogs under 100 lbs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets.
