This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms and bathrooms, overlooks the lagoon, and is about a 10-minute walk to the beach. This first-floor Tennis Club villa features updates throughout and an open floor plan. The kitchen provides plenty of counter space and has an elevated bar with seating. The dining area, right off of the kitchen, offers seating for six and overlooks the lagoon. The living room features comfortable seating and a TV and flows right into the sunroom, which also overlooks the lagoon. The primary suite, located off of the living room, offers a king-sized bed, lagoon views, and a TV. The private, en suite bathroom has double sinks and a large glass shower. The second bedroom, with a full bed and a twin bed, is off of the other side of the living room and has its own hall bath with a shower/tub combination. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay!
