Welcome to Bella Vista! With breathtaking views of Bass Lake that span the entire front of the house, you are sure to find yourself transported instantly to a stress free vacation state of mind. Bella Vista offers both a comfortable place to relax and activities to keep you busy! Two kitchen areas, plenty of lounge seating, and a fully outfitted game room make Bella Vista fun for adults and children alike. A boat slip on Pier Group Dock and plenty of parking on site are just icing on the cake.
This home has 2 levels & you must use stairs to access.
Boat & trailer parking may be tricky for some.
There is no car parking at the boat slip.
The closest boat launch is Bass Lake Water Sports.
We are available from 9am-9pm. Excluding emergencies which is 24 hours.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Rental conditions and contract will be sent over after booking. Signature will be required as acknowledgment and acceptance. If terms are not agreeable, free cancellation is allowed within the platforms allowance period.
