This is a luxury self-catering holiday cottage in Saundersfoot located just a 5 - 10 minute walk from Saundersfoot’s award winning beach and picturesque harbour, from where boat trips around the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast depart daily during the summer months. Saundersfoot village boasts many delightful beach front cafes and shops, restaurants and traditional pubs. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes right through Saundersfoot village and, during low tide, much of the coast path can be walked along the beach. There are many activities and attractions nearby including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Heatherton World of Activities and the historic sea-side town of Tenby is just a short drive away.
Recently renovated this exclusive cottage has been designed and finished to the highest standard and boasts quality furnishings throughout. The property is set over one floor with the bedrooms located on one side and the living areas on the other. Entering into the spacious hallway, glass doors lead into the TV room which boasts a feature log burner in inglenook stone fireplace and comfortable sofa seating. French doors lead out onto the large garden.
The open plan kitchen/diner is well equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, high level oven & microwave, special double drawer fridge, separate freezer and composite worktops. There is a large breakfast bar and a dining table which comfortably seats up to 8 people. There is also a separate utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The kitchen leads through to the light and spacious sun room with contemporary insert gas fire, large flat screen TV and seating for up to 8 people. Large bi fold doors open this room out onto the large decked area where there is a gas BBQ and hot tub. The panoramic views across the valley and sea glimpses make this the perfect area to sit back and relax!
The cottage sleeps up to 8 in four double bedrooms; Master bedroom with Superking size bed and ensuite bathroom comprising bath with shower over, shower screen and fitted vanity unit. Bedroom two has twin beds and bedrooms three and four both have kingsize beds. All beds are made up ready for your arrival with towels also provided. The family bathroom comprises a shower cubicle with wc and whb. There is also a cloakroom with wc and whb.
Other facilities in the cottage include WiFi, Sky TV, parking for up to four cars and Central heating. Bath and hand towels are provided - please provide towels for use with the hot tub.
Mid-week and weekend breaks are available outside of peak season.
Please note that a returnable good housekeeping and damage deposit of £200.00 is required (£400 for non family bookings) i.e. hen parties, birthday parties etc). This is payable along with the balance payment 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and is returnable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, upon request.
