The scheduled work includes: Chiseling and grinding of the concrete on the Gulf-facing side of the building Painting and caulking on the east (rear) wall of the complex Pressure washing of the concrete surfaces, which will occur prior to other construction activities Work will take place on weekdays only; no construction will be conducted on weekends. There is an elevator in the complex and a two car garage on the ground level. When you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll notice the tile flooring, colorful and updated furnishings plus flatscreen tv in the living room. Built in 2001, Seahorse is a low-density beach front complex in Pensacola Beach comprised of only 18 individual units. The ground floor has a one car garage. The townhomes are on the first and second floors while nine one bedrooms are built on the third floor. There is an elevator that goes to all entrance levels.
