CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please be advised that the Seahorse Complex will be undergoing construction from May 12 through June 20, weather permitting. The scheduled work includes:
Chiseling and grinding of the concrete on the Gulf-facing side of the building
Painting and caulking on the east (rear) wall of the complex
Pressure washing of the concrete surfaces, which will occur prior to other construction activities
Work will take place on weekdays only; no construction will be conducted on weekends.

Seahorse M is a lovely one bedroom, two bath condo which sits directly on the top level of Seahorse on Pensacola Beach. There is an elevator in the complex and a two car garage on the ground level. When you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll notice the tile flooring, colorful and updated furnishings plus flatscreen tv in the living room. The glass sliders open out to the expansive beachfront balcony to bring in more of that view! The open kitchen is outfitted with an eat in bar, stainless appliances, wine fridge, glass fronted cabinetry and open shelving. Your chef will love this view! The bedroom has a king sized bed. You’ll enjoy the convenience of the washer and dryer and free Wifi. With the sleeper sofa in the living room, this property sleeps up to 4 guests. There are plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance and paved paths for walking, biking and running. You’ll love the free seasonal trolley , there’s a stop in front of Seahorse. With unique artsy furnishings and stunning views at Seahorse M, make this your next beach getaway!
Built in 2001, Seahorse is a low-density beach front complex in Pensacola Beach comprised of only 18 individual units. The ground floor has a one car garage. The townhomes are on the first and second floors while nine one bedrooms are built on the third floor. There is an elevator that goes to all entrance levels. You will love being beach front and directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s seafood restaurant. Discover why guests return to Seahorse year after year!
