Set in a quiet residential area, this recently built villa is spread on two levels. The living room, kitchen and a bathroom are on the ground floor. The lower floor includes the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Equipped with air conditioning, heating, internet wi-fi, satellite tv, washing machine and dishwasher, the house boasts a welcoming, functional interior furnished with taste to ensure a comfortable stay. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Air-conditioning: 0.4 EUR per kW.
- - Optional services:
- Arrival out of schedule: 30 EUR per booking.
- Crib: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.

- Heating: 6 EUR per cubic metre.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 4 days.
