"This Winter Park vacation rental has been newly renovated throughout and has an open floor plan. The condo is completely stocked with lines, towels, dish ware and cook ware. The lodging configuration is ideal for families, couples and singles with a king in the master, one queen and one twin in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a distinctive warm feel which everyone will enjoy. This basic condo has all the comforts of home!
Location: Building 9, 2nd floor. The building is located in the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: King in the Master bedroom, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in the second bedroom, sofa sleeper in the living area.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • "Guests must be at least 25 years of age to place a reservation.
  • Check in time starts at 4:00pm. All guests will need to have returned a signed rental agreement to us or if you have booked with a 3rd party website, completed the online registration.
  • Once we have this information, we will be able to send your electronic door code.
  • If your rental requires a physical key for entry, a packet with your keys will be waiting for you at the Front Office in the secure Lock box – The code for the lock is the 2 last digits of the year you are visiting – then the month of your arrival.
  • Smoking is Prohibited.
  • Pets are NOT allowed on property."
