"The updated kitchen of this second level condo is a treat, sharing space with the dining and living area. From the comfy couch enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen TV which includes Blu-Ray, cable TV, Netflix and Disney Plus; or the view from the sliding glass doors out to the private balcony. Step outside to use the gas grill and take in the secluded woods, with glimpses of wildlife and distant mountain views make this a choice location. Easy shuttle access to the slopes, a short walk to Beaver Village Clubhouse and beyond to downtown Winter Park.
The master bedroom features a Queen log bed with flat screen cable TV. The master bathroom is in the master bedroom creating a master suite. The second bedroom features a captain’s bunk with a trundle as well as a private bathroom, great for 3 singles or make it the kids’ room. This room includes a flat screen TV with access to Blu-Ray and Netflix.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- "Guests must be at least 25 years of age to place a reservation.
- Check in time starts at 4:00pm. All guests will need to have returned a signed rental agreement to us or if you have booked with a 3rd party website, completed the online registration.
- Once we have this information, we will be able to send your electronic door code.
- If your rental requires a physical key for entry, a packet with your keys will be waiting for you at the Front Office in the secure Lock box – The code for the lock is the 2 last digits of the year you are visiting – then the month of your arrival.
- Smoking is Prohibited.
- Pets are NOT allowed on property."
