Set up a puzzle or board game on the lift-top coffee table from the wide selection of games, toys and books in this home. This room adjoins a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, sizable pantry and spacious dining at the main table with additional seating at the large kitchen island or adjustable game table. The main level also includes a half bath and laundry/mud room off the two-car heated garage. The laundry room is stocked with detergent, drying rack, laundry baskets, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms and kitchen have outlets with charging ports, and there are new HDTVs throughout with cable and upgraded wifi. Bathrooms feature all-natural products (lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap), hair dryer and upgraded towels and bath mats. The home features in floor radiant heat and is beautifully decorated with a modern mountain décor. The main floor master bedroom offers up an accessible stay for those in your party needing to avoid stairs and features a King bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in tiled shower. In the room’s walk-in closet, you will find everything you need from extra pillows and blankets to baby gear, including a high-chair and pack n play and even a dog crate with playpen. There are another two bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom, the other with two sets of bunks with a Double down and Twin up. This bedroom has access to a third full bathroom, which also has an entry from the loft. The loft has a Queen sleeper sofa with a large TV and Xbox. There’s also a desk set up in the loft with views of the continental divide for guests needing a separate space to work remotely. The backyard and patio off the great room await you for soaking in the 8-person hot tub, cooking dinner for family and friends on the large Weber grill, making s’mores or enjoying the warmth of the firepit or a playing a game of corn hole in the back yard. You can do all of this while overlooking the vast meadow and open space with views of the surrounding mountains, beautiful sunsets and starry nights. The attached two car garage is heated for keeping your boots and gear warm in the winter and has extra room for all your gear in the spring, summer and fall. Some sporting equipment is available to vacation guests. Two more vehicles may park in the driveway for a total of four cars. No air conditioning.
