Welcome to Luxury Villa Contessa with pool near Trogir in the beautiful Dalmatia region. This 5- star property is situated in a peaceful area and can accommodate up to 9 guests.
The interior is spread over two floors with a total area of 260 m2. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious open-concept living and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with an island is also here. Neutral beige tones are in contrast with dark furniture and carefully chosen golden details. It is absolutely amazing!
The sleeping area consists of 4 modern and airy bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom. Three of them are on the upper floor of the villa and have access to the balcony, overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom is downstairs, as well as one toilet.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
