This is one of a limited number of single-level homes that back to a lake for fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and easy access to big water fishing all from the private dock. Whether you’re splashing in the saltwater pool, lounging on the outdoor furniture, or dining al fresco, the oversized lanai offers expansive relaxing lake views from every corner; be sure to watch for dolphins playing in the lake. If you prefer shade, the patio has a covered portion complete with ceiling fans and a television.
In the evenings, unwind with a fireside chat by the firepit. Enjoy the two separate indoor lounge areas, glistening kitchen, well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, and all you need to cook for your family. There is a vast countertop that doubles as a four-seat breakfast bar and a kitchen table with beautiful lake views. If you’re cooking something gourmet, you may prefer to indulge in the elegantly-furnished formal dining area, across from the mini-bar area with its wine rack and wine cooler. You are only minutes to the grocery store, Westin Marina, and Cape Harbour for boat rentals, shopping, and dining.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
