Welcome to your peaceful, one-acre rural retreat, about eight miles outside of Kerrville! Start your day with a steaming cup of coffee on the back deck, watching for axis deer through the fence. As everyone else starts to wake up, head back inside to make some breakfast. The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and all the gadgets you need to feed your crew. Have a meal together at the adjacent dining table, and then head out to explore for the day. The Kerrville River Trail stretches for miles along the Guadalupe River, and you’re right in the middle of Texas Hill Country. Explore Kerrville, sample the goods at one of the many wineries in the region, or rent a kayak and explore from the river. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
