This 1,576-square-foot condo is spread out between two floors, offering you the charms of island life with the modern comforts of air conditioning in the bedrooms, new furnishings, and free WiFi throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is open and elegant, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and richly hued wood cabinetry. An island breakfast bar and a circular dining table connect the space to the living room and its comfortable furnishings, 55-inch flatscreen TV, and double glass doors that lead to the spacious, shaded lanai. As you head to the beach in the mornings, you’ll have two bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cooler to bring along with you. Upon your return, you’ll be greeted by a new washer/dryer in the entryway to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels overnight.
