Our home is centrally located and within walking distance of Birmingham’s attractions. The Space: The property is a studio loft conversion which was completed in 2019. You benefit from the best communal facilities available in Birmingham, such as a onsite gym and 24 hour concierge. Our home comfortably accommodates four guests, it has one double bed and additionally has two sofa beds in the living room. The apartment is always well stocked with fresh linen and towels. We welcome all guests however, we ask that you treat our home with respect and enjoy it! Guest Access: Please enjoy access to our entire home, we provide a washing machine, iron, ironing board and all cutlery and utensils! We try pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our guests, so if you need anything we will try to accommodate your requests. Interaction with Guests: I live a 10 minute walk from the property and I am available if you have any issues or queries throughout your stay. The Neighborhood: The Jewellery Quarter is Birmingham’s chicest and most desirable residential address. The area is comprised of original Georgian buildings, warehouse conversions and independent bars, restaurants & coffee houses.
