This huge and magnificent luxury five-star villa is set atop a hill in the sleepy village of Vitarnja just a few km from the fishing village of Jelsa on Hvar Island.
The property is comprised of three separate units, two on the ground floor and another on the first floor. It comfortably sleeps 12 people and can accommodate an additional 6 guests who can sleep on sofa beds. Each separate unit has 2 bedrooms. There are 2 whirlpool tubs on the property and a swimming pool with sea view. The sprawling outdoor area has enough room for just about any activity and enough room for events. The stone façade of this majestic home was meticulously carved from the stone which was excavated when building the foundations.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
