When entering the interior of the upper floor of the villa one comes inside a corridor area which leads to spacious and beautiful living room equipped with a contemporary sofa and ultra-modern decorative details with the latest extra-large diagonal UHD Smart TV, which, combined with a flawless Hi-Fi system for the real film connoisseurs. Exit to the terrace with an enchanting view, glazed fireplace open on the three sides of the wall and unusually attractive, "space" lighting fixtures complete this extremely pleasant and comfortable interior. On this level you will find the harmoniously incorporated kitchen and dining room which is located right next to the glass wall overlooking the sea and is dominated by a large table made of tempered glass that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people on comfortable high-back white leather chairs.
