Villa is a stunning and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Kapparis and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect holiday.
As you walk in to the villa, you will find the very spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 people, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar which has seating for an extra 4 people. The ground floor is surrounded by large patio doors which lead you to the garden and pool area. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
