This beautiful villa has uninterrupted sea views, mature gardens and a private, electrically heated pool ( no extra charge).The villa is furnished throughout to a very high standard and it a short walk away from the coastal track which leads from Puerto Del Carmen Old Town to the Marina at Puerto Calero. A perfect location for snorkelling fans as the sea is just 400 metres away. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, a Dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine.  The lounge is lovely and spacious and decorated to a high standard, with sofas Internet TV, DVD, docking station, WIFI. El Barranco de Quiquiere is a rural location for a real get away from it all holiday. The marina is approximately 2 kilometres away and  great for enjoying the water front restaurants and bars. The variety of different cuisines and designer shops makes Puerto Calero more of an upmarket area. The villa is a 10 minute stroll from the coastal track that leads to the marina. There is a small supermarket in the marina. A short drive takes you to the nearby resort of Puerto Del Carmen known for its  long sandy beaches. The villa is accessed by an unmade road. Taxis will only pick up and drop off from the main road.  The villa can sleep up to 6 people. Prices are based on up to 4 or 6 people sharing depending on the season.
