As you enter this super new villa, you will find the large and modern, open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area surrounded by patio doors that lead to the pool and garden. The living room features comfortable sofas and Satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable villa holiday.
On the same floor, you will find three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, double bed and widescreen TV, bedroom 2 has a two single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed and widescreen TV. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and WC.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
