This lovely beach front villa is located in the resort of Gouves on the seafront and only 30 meters from the beach. The villa is well furnished and very comfortable in all respects. There is even table football and a pool/billiards table on the lower floor to keep you entertained. It’s situated in a quiet location yet within walking distance to the magnificent promenade which is lined with many excellent modern taverns, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, souvenir shops, bars and cafes with sea views and great beaches. On the main street of the resort you will also find supermarkets, shops, souvenir shops, clinic and ATM.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
