This villa is a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa that is located in Ayia Thekla, on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes’ drive to the beach, ideal for those looking for a relaxing break. The Ayia Thekla area is a quiet and scenic location just on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. The area has 2 lovely beaches a restaurant and a supermarket, whilst all the amenities are just a short drive away. As you enter the villa, you will find the large and spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas, widescreen TV with Satellite and patio doors leading to the pool and garden area. There is a dining area with seating for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you require for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar with extra seating for 2 people. You will find one of the bedrooms on the ground floor which has an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC and a double bed. Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, both with double beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom is on this floor with a bathtub, overhead shower, and WC. There is also the added luxury of a lovely, large roof terrace with seating area overlooking the views, perfect for a relaxing evening.
