This Villa is a beautiful 5 bedroom house, in a fabulous location just 150m from the beach and a little further to shops and restaurants. It’s a modern family house in Ferragudo, with wonderful sea views. Ibiza style, elegance and sophistication are all in abundance in this holiday villa. Its just few steps away from the beach (150 m to Praia Grande), and Ferragudo is only 15 minutes walking from the house. Restaurants or bars won’t be hard to find, at Praia Grande or along the fisherman’s harbor, in Ferragudo (famed for its fish and seafood restaurants). Once you cross the bridge you’ll be in Portimão, but you can also take a Taxi Boat at Ferragudo harbor, which will leave you on the other side of the river. Carvoeiro is also a very nice option just 3km away.  The villa is equipped with a spacious living room and dining area, a modern open kitchen and 5 bedrooms, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and one child (extra charge for 11th person). Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The house is surrounded by different areas. A lounge corner equipped with an attractive bar and outdoor fireplace, a BBQ by the kitchen, and a large deck in the facade: the perfect place to have breakfast under the palms, with the Atlantic Ocean just in front of you. On the opposite side of the Villa you’ll find the swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a deck area. There you can relax and take in those great views on one of the sun beds. The rooftop is definitely a must in the villa too - get ready to witness the most beautiful sunsets! Internet connection and a Sonos-sound installation are available for our guests. Even if the temperatures are quite smooth in Algarve, the house is very well isolated and has floor heating (except in the bedrooms). In the living room, you will find a big flat screen and a stove, for that extra comfort. The kitchen has a modern cooking island, a very spacious fridge + freezer + ice cube machine combo, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and some other kitchen basics. You will also find a washing machine. The bedrooms have double beds, which can be separated into twins (on request), and every bedroom has it’s own air conditioning installation and bathroom, with modern walk-in rain showers. All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area.
