This Villa is a large villa (at 140m²), and is laid out across three spacious levels. It can easily accommodate four to nine people. This makes it perfect for one large group or two families.
The villa features three large terraces (total 90m²) with pergola-shaded areas and a single roof for protection from the sun and the rain. There is a pleasant grassy garden ideal for children or for chilling out on those hot days. It is also used for seminar activities as it totally flat and there is provision for shading. There’ s also a BBQ and a stone-baking oven for home-cooked pizzas.
The entrance is located on the ground floor, which comprises a living room with a fireplace, an open plan kitchen, and a dining area. The ground floor offers direct access to both terraces
On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
