Villa Quinta Tropicala is a beautiful villa for 12 persons with private pool and sea views in the hills between Loule and Sao Bras de Alportel. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, where you also have views of the sea in the distance. The villa has air conditioning and wifi internet. Children can enjoy table tennis and play in the pool and garden. There is also central heating and underfloor heating, so also in the cooler months this is a perfect place to enjoy and relax!
In addition to a lovely terrace with comfortable chairs and umbrellas where you can sit and enjoy the Portuguese sun, there is also a covered terrace overlooking the pool so you can relax in the shade while you can also monitor the children in the pool . The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
