The wood-burning fireplace keeps you nice and toasty as the snow falls outside, and when it warms up you can step outside onto your balcony and soak up the sun. The mountain views are stunning, no matter the season. After a long day, you can relax inside with a show playing on the flatscreen TV or make a delicious meal in the lovely full kitchen. The community also offers its residents access to the shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym, so you won’t be lacking in things to do even if you never leave the property! This suite is perfect for ski enthusiasts, as the home is located only three miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and is close to many other resorts, such as Grandfather Mountain, Rough Ridge Lookout, and Linville Caverns. If you’re visiting during the warmer months or are not a skier, the area is also full of hiking trails to explore.

During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.
