This beachfront cottage is located about 12 miles from Gulf Shores and next door to the Bon Secour National Wildlife refuge. It’s also one of the most private and well-equipped homes you can find in this area! You can enjoy the unparalleled serenity of being on the beach and yet be within minutes of the substantial amenities that have come to pass in the Gulf Shores and the Panhandle. Golf courses abound, water sports thrive, fishing is world-class (with charter boats readily available from local captains), and amusement and theme parks of a substantial nature are all available.
This dog-friendly home hosts a large, beachfront deck on the front of the cottage and is perfect for enjoying the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! Work on your tan on one of the beach chairs and rocking chairs, catch up on that novel you brought along, or simply take a midday nap. Inside, this coastal gem offers an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, a flatscreen TV with cable with approximately 45 channels (and growing!), and carpeted floors. Let your friends chill and unwind while you put on the chef’s apron and treat them to an unforgettable meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. It’s complete with all the essentials, including two coffee makers (standard and Keurig) and a dishwasher. The first level of the home hosts two well-equipped bedrooms and a shared full bath. Upstairs is a loft area with a nice and cozy sleeping nook.
