The villa offers ample space and seclusion, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably across its four bedrooms. Families will find it to be an ideal location, situated in a tranquil residential area, just a stone’s throw away from the gorgeous Centianes beach. Carvoeiro can be reached with a quick drive or a 15-minute stroll.
Exclusive access to a generously-sized, solar-heated covered pool and terrace area is included. With its sea-facing position in a picturesque setting, the villa offers easy access to all the amenities you’ll need, such as shops, restaurants, bars, and beaches, all within a few minutes’ walk.
Inside, the villa offers comfortable living spaces, including a lounge, large living/dining room equipped with TV and Wi-Fi - making it an ideal home away from home. Guests can also enjoy stunning sea views from the terrace. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen comes complete with a cooker, oven, microwave, and fridge freezer.
The four bedrooms and three bathrooms offer ample space for up to nine people to comfortably rest. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom complete with a bath and shower. It also has patio doors leading out to the poolside terrace. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, wardrobes, and patio doors that also lead out to the poolside terrace, along with an en suite shower room. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, wardrobes, patio doors leading to the poolside terrace, and an en suite shower room. Finally, Bedroom 4 has a single bed and bunk bed, along with wardrobes.
Outside, the villa boasts an extensive terraced area surrounding the large, private, solar-heated pool and BBQ area, all of which are surrounded by stunning gardens. The front of the villa features a secure, gated driveway.
