Layout:
On the ground floor there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, which includes a built-in oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, sandwich toaster, toaster, filter coffee maker, washing machine and tumble dryer. Moreover, on the same level, there is a bathroom, dining room and a spacious modern living room.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, which have single or double beds, according to the desire of our guests as well as two bathrooms.
Each villa has a smart TV with satellite connection, an independent cooling-heating system, free Wi-Fi, private parking and a garden with pool and smoke detectors. The pool is available to use between 1st of April to 30th of October each year. The pool is not functional during winter time.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
