Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms Architecture: contemporary and modern Layout: On the ground floor there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, which includes a built-in oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, sandwich toaster, toaster, filter coffee maker, washing machine and tumble dryer. Moreover, on the same level, there is a bathroom, dining room and a spacious modern living room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, which have single or double beds, according to the desire of our guests as well as two bathrooms. Each villa has a smart TV with satellite connection, an independent cooling-heating system, free Wi-Fi, private parking and a garden with pool and smoke detectors.
