The primary bedroom has a bathroom attached to it with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the middle floor and have a shared bath (shower/tub combo) in the hall. Things to Know Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
