This gorgeous condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation and comes equipped with a private balcony overlooking the community pool and ocean! Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, TVs in all rooms, high-speed WiFi, and an on-site washer/dryer. This multi-level condo boasts gorgeous ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom and offers a great entertaining space for the entire family! The primary bedroom has a bathroom attached to it with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the middle floor and have a shared bath (shower/tub combo) in the hall. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
