Nerello Mascalese is an old country property with private swimming pool situated near Randazzo, a characteristic village on Mount Etna’s north slope.
Blending harmoniously with the surrounding hillside setting, the villa boasts a lush, well-kept garden, with typical dry stone walls, large terraces and a small, heated pool with sun terrace, ideal spot to relax.
Recently and accurately restored, Nerello Mascalese evokes the atmosphere, charm and elegance of old Sicily. Just like it used to be at those times, ascending the external staircase you reach the manor house, including a lounge, a dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the close annexe are a sitting room with fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. These comfortable rooms are equipped with wi-fi, TV, DVD/CD player, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Arrival out of schedule: 30 EUR per booking.
- Private Chef: 150 EUR per booking.
- Heating: 4 EUR per cubic metre.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 4 days.
- - The swimming pool is available from 04-01 to 10-31.
- - Pets rules:
- Max. 2 pets allowed. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. Pets heavier than 10 kg are not allowed.
