This home away from home enjoys amazing sunrise and sunset views on the water. Work on your tan or sit under the shaded patio, which also includes a stand-up bar and a BBQ area, and watch dolphins and manatees swim by now and then. Many exotic birds also live in this sanctuary. Anglers will be happy to know there is great fishing (with a cleaning station) available right off the end of the private dock. The large mango tree on the front lawn provides fresh fruit during its season. The house is a short drive to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and BelleAir Beach, and a short drive or walk away...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
