Anchoring the living room, an exposed brick, wood-burning fireplace provides elevated ambiance. Kick back in the futon or loveseat while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. An adjacent sun room offers a cozy spot to relax with a good book. Greet the day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony before getting to work on breakfast. There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
