As you walk into the villa, you will find the very spacious open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has a comfortable and modern sofa set, widescreen rotating TV (can be watched while sitting in the pool) with UK and Russian satellite channels and WIFI connection with 20Mbps speed. The dining area has seating for 8 people, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar which has seating for an extra 4 persons. The ground floor is surrounded by large patio doors which open up completely allowing the indoor living room merge with the outdoor deck and pool making it a huge in’n’out space.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
