Villa Description The Villa lies in 360 square meters and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in six bedrooms, plus 2 more guests in a comfortable double sofa bed. This modern property comprises of 6 master bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms, and large living/ dining spaces. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for in-house meal preparations and the large living / dining room with patio doors leads to a glazed naya overlooking the pool and garden. Outside there is a beautiful, sunny Mediterenean garden with a big private pool, BBQ area with ample terraces from which guests enjoy alfresco dining and with stunning sea view. Surroundings - The Old Town of Corfu, the most cosmopolitan and scenic place of the island is only 15 minutes drive away. - Gouvia Village, with its moden Marina (shops, bars, restaurants), is about 7 minutes drive from the Villa. There are several pleasure boat departures offering tris to towns along the coast, from the Marina during the whole season. - Nearest beaches are: Dassia, Ipsos, Barbati, Nissaki, Glyfada, Paleiokastritsa, Ermones, Kontogialos Services - Included in the rental rates: Meet & Greet at the property, cleaning service and change of towels/ linen twice per week, signature bath amenities. - Upon request at an additional change: Private cook/ chef, babysitting services, pre-stocking & shopping, car/ scooter/ ATV rental , boat/ motor yacht rentals, transfers and daily tours.
