There are 4 suites in all, plus 3 shared bathrooms, to comfortably accommodate guests, fully air-conditioned. The penthouse is located close to the best restaurants in the city, as well as numerous options for shops, banks, pharmacies, markets. The beach is located less than a 5-minute drive and less than a 10-minute walk. You’ll also be just 10 minutes away from the city’s most breathtaking waterfalls, where viewpoints with cinematic views are found. The street is quiet, private and safe. The building also has 24-hour security, elevator and parking space for up to 3 vehicles. The condominium facilities provide free access to a playground, party room, game room, sauna, steam room and lap pool. An employee of the property will stay during the stay, cleaning, making the beds and serving breakfast. There is a charge of R$ 250.00 for daily cleaning. 24 hours confirmation. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
