This two-bedroom condo, tucked into a peaceful neighborhood, makes for the perfect family vacation or friends’ weekend, no matter the season. The top-floor location of the condo means you can expect a quiet stay and a stunning mountain view that greets you immediately, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony – the perfect place to start the day with coffee or end it with a cocktail.
The open, main living space fosters togetherness. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and all the gadgets you will need. At mealtime, dine together at the adjacent table for six with that gorgeous view as a backdrop.
When it’s time to head out, you’re literally surrounded by mountain biking trails, road biking paths
, and ski mountains – Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge. In the warmer months, Buffalo Mountain Trailhead and Lily Pad Lake Trailhead are just up the street from your condo, around 0.5 miles away. Dillon Reservoir is a quick six-mile drive. Closer to home there is clubhouse access on the premises with an indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, and game room with ping pong, a pool table, foosball, racquetball, squash, a sauna, and a cookout area
. There’s also a stationary bike, a rowing machine, and free weights
available for your use.
At the end of the evening, get the wood-burning fireplace crackling for maximum coziness. The living room, both bedrooms, and the loft all feature cable and smart TVs, so you can stream your favorite shows to your heart’s content. If you’re looking for more together time, use the sound dock to play some music and end the night with a family board game.
