This Knoxville Loft is conveniently located in the heart of downtown! The loft is within walking distance to Knoxville’s best nightlife, restaurants, University of Tennessee sporting events, concert venues, and much more. This spacious loft can accommodate 4 guests and also includes a washer and dryer. Big windows with natural lighting. Some of our favorite restaurants are located directly outside the loft, and Market Square is only 5 minutes away.

We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you’ve never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville’s charm is on every side from Old City to Market Square and beyond!
- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
