Our guests can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends, and family.

- There is free public parking at Old City Public Parking at 329 E Jackson Ave, and it is just a 3-minute walk from your unit and offers free 24/7 parking. Uber and Lyft are both utilized frequently in this area. In addition, Knoxville downtown/campus areas are serviced by electric scooters if you are up for an adventure!
- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
