Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- A city tourist tax of 4.4 euros per night per adult over 16 year old are to be paid in cash on arrival.
- Security Deposit: The guest has to pay 500 euros security deposit on arrival that will be returned on departure. This can be paid in cash or by credit card.
- Arrivals, after 20:00 have to pay 50 euros in cash to the person making the check in with you.
- Arrivals, after 00:00 have to pay 60 euros in cash to the person making the check in with you.
- These charges are due to late working hours of our staff.
