A mediterranean style house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private pool & terrace, this independent urban unit can accommodate 6 travelers in a super convenient location, a stone’s throw away from the city’s best quality beaches.
The resting area consists of 3 double bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be kept apart or easily joined together, so they fit either friends OR couples, plus one more daybed / lounge crevice adjoining the activities area. The open plan of the kitchen, dining area and living room is incredibly bright, and sunny, as it is connected directly to the private terrace with a swimming pool. The space is ideal for planning the trip to the beach, having a lovely breakfast (or brunch), enjoying the sunset or even spending a day at home, making the most of all the amenities. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- A city tourist tax of 4.4 euros per night per adult over 16 year old are to be paid in cash on arrival.
- Security Deposit: The guest has to pay 500 euros security deposit on arrival that will be returned on departure. This can be paid in cash or by credit card.
- Arrivals, after 20:00 have to pay 50 euros in cash to the person making the check in with you.
- Arrivals, after 00:00 have to pay 60 euros in cash to the person making the check in with you.
- These charges are due to late working hours of our staff.
