Village View Hideaway This is a cozy condo located in the beautifully manicured Monterey-Gage community. This community is centrally located right in the heart of Carlsbad Village. The beach is just a short walk away and this amazing location is in walking distance to the restaurants, shopping, a train station, and convenience stores. The condo consists of 600-square-feet with a new and comfortable queen-size bed sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a portable AC unit. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with dishes, flatware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, a range/oven, coffee makers, a microwave, and a full refrigerator. Beach toys, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided as well. Things to Know * Coin-operated washer and dryer located in the community laundry room No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
