You’ll have three bedrooms and three baths with a queen bed and an attached bath that opens to the living area, plus a queen bed with an en suite bath on the upper level. There are two single beds, an attached bath with a shower, and a double sofa bed on the lower level, plus a separate entrance. The covered porch has rocking chairs and there is an open back deck for sunning. This home also has an outside shower with hot and cold water, covered parking, central heat and air upstairs with a wall unit downstairs, a private washer/dryer, a microwave, a dishwasher, cable TV, a DVD player, and free WiFi. Things to know Free WiFi Please note that the lift is not for guest use. 2 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
